Digital Radiographs (X-rays)
We offer digital radiographs (X-rays), which use an extremely small amount of radiation, making them safer than traditional film-based X-rays. Radiographs are a necessary diagnostic tool in the field of dentistry. More than half of each tooth is hidden and surrounded by bone, and the only way to truly evaluate the health of your teeth and the bone surrounding your teeth is through these necessary, diagnostic radiographs. At our office, we research the latest trends in technology to find the solutions that best promote your overall health, safety, and comfort.

Sealants
Sealants are a preventive treatment recommended to protect the grooved and pitted surfaces of the teeth ― especially the chewing surfaces of back teeth where most cavities are found. Made of white resin, sealants are applied to the teeth to help them stay cavity-free. Even if your child brushes and flosses carefully, it is difficult to clean the tiny grooves and pits of certain teeth. Sealants literally “seal out” food and plaque, thus reducing the risk of decay.

Athletic Mouthguards
If your child plays sports or other similar activities, mouthguards are a great way to protect their teeth from potential injury. They are easy to clean, come in many color combinations, and are custom made to fit comfortably in your child’s mouth.
